Charged us for almost 2 years and never ported over our number so was paying them and At&T for the same service. They are thieves. They are also the most painful vendor I have ever worked with. 500 meetings for one sale. Do not use them the cheap price is NOT worth it.
Granite quoted prices they never kept. Luckily I had asked for a line by line breakdown of how the charges from my old company would convert to Granite. I had this for backup when they immediately charged higher prices. After 4 months, they had not resolved our billing issues and we switched back to our prior provider at lower costs. We discussed up front the need for separate billings for each location and a paper bill as well. The first bill was online (no paper) and consolidated. I had to ask for corrected billing. The second month, still no paper bill. When I finally did get paper bills, they charged me a fee for each one (which they did credit). Any change at all (add service, delete service, etc.) is $49 each instance. Each month when I disputed the charges and discussed with my Granite team, the corrections took forever to hit my bill. By then, there were new corrections that had to be made. When we went to switch our service away from Granite and back to our other provider, Granite drug their feet; taking over 3 weeks on one account.
