Granite Telecommunications sold their service as a cost reducing and service improvement option for our retail operation. We have more than 150 stores, and were trying to consolidate the costs of telecom services. Our experience has been even worse than those outlined as their service has disrupted our business and caused us damage. On top of that, they are demanding we continue the relationship and tolerate their poor service. We are also in the telecommunication industry and having low quality services causes our business to suffer. We are only seeking to stop the service as they could not perform. This is not a company you want to enter into a long term agreement with. Make sure you have an early termination clause, a claw back for failure to perform, and a probationary period where they are required to send reports of performance. Otherwise, this is a buyer beware type of situation. I speculate that unless you're one of their Fortune 100 clients, they will bully you into submission or attempt to. Again, make sure you have that early termination with 30 days and with no penalties.
