This review really shows Granite has what it takes to provide quality service. The poster seems to have nothing but good things to say about Granite Telecommunications. It is worth noting that this poster works with Non-profits that have ties to Granite's philanthropic ventures. Granite Telecommunications and its owner have strong community outreach and are considered very charitable. They continually give back to the communities where are headquartered. Unfortunately, this seemingly shows, not only can Granite provide good service and chooses not to but, that you can get access to quality if you have existing business ties to Granite Telecommunications.

Wonderful Customer Service!

I moved all of my company's services to Granite over a year ago. My Account Rep has been timely, responsive, and knowledgeable; a great pleasure to work with. Over the past year we have done several major projects including all new cell phones and service, improving cable internet speeds at remote locations, and installing an entirely new fiber gigabit connection at our Headquarters building. All of the documentation has been well organized and kept track of. All of the pricing beats every competitor I run it past, and the ease of telling my single point of contact what I need done just can't be beat. I highly recommend Granite.
