The Challenge

Due to a recent paper saving measure undertaken by HMRC, my client didn’t receive their automatic tax return from and was unaware of the fact that the forms and the process had largely been moved online.

After sometime they became worried about not having heard from HMRMC and not know how best to handle the situation decided to get professional help and contacted me.

I sat with the client going over their particular situation and got all of their details.   I contacted HMRC and presented the returns.   The client had to pay penalties, but they are also  due a tax refund.
